If you make calls with Linkus UC app on your computer, then yes. Otherwise, your computer does not need to be connected. You can complete calls as long as you have internet access and a VoIP-enabled phone or smartphone.
Alternatively, you can forward calls to any other phone you have, and callers will never know.
